These no fee services offer assistance in organizing a job search, writing resumes and cover letters, improving interview techniques and developing networking contacts.

Professional job development staff locate job openings and provide leads to agency clients. Internet access is provided as well as instruction in using the Internet to conduct a job search. JVS is part of the Workforce New Jersey One-Stop Career Center System. This outreach program provides job placement counseling and job development assistance to unemployed congregants of MetroWest synogogues and temples. Mentors from a wide variety of fields of employment are matched with unemployed congregants to provide advice, suggestions and networking contacts in mentors' areas of expertise.
