JVS CAREGIVING COMPANIONS is staffed with nurturing and dependable caregivers who provide non-medical home care and companionship for seniors aging in their own homes. Some of the duties provided by these experienced caregivers are:

  • light housekeeping and bed making
  • meal preparation
  • laundry
  • medication reminders
  • assistance with shopping and errands
  • escort to doctors’ visits
  • supervision of bath or shower
  • making appointments
  • organizing closets
  • companionship

JVS HOME MAINTENANCE SOLUTIONS provides a wide variety of basic home maintenance and repair, and safety services. Estimates are FREE. Some of the services included are:

  • general repairs
  • repair torn screens
  • replace batteries and light bulbs
  • indoor painting/caulking
  • install grab bars
  • smoke/carbon monoxide detector installation
  • modification of shower head
  • hang pictures & shelves
  • install or remove window air conditioners 
  • install window shades or blinds
  • free safety assessments 
  • special projects
