Every day at JVS a little bit of magic happens: People with disabilities build confidence through vocational training. Older adults regain dignity through work. Emigrés become English speakers and naturalized citizens. Teenagers with an Autism Spectrum Disorder realize a path to independence. Recently downsized individuals learn job seeking skills, receive counseling, and are helped to regain employment.

JVS is about people: motivated clients -- people who want to help themselves, dedicated staff, and caring volunteers.
