A wide array of volunteer opportunities range from administrative assistant to teacher’s aide.

IT/Computer Support Specialists
Assist in maintaining agency computer network; repair and relocate hardware; develop application software programs.
Requirement: Knowledge of or desire to learn about computer hardware and software systems

Web Designer
Design, maintain and modify content of agency web sites.

Building Maintenance Assistant
Provide ongoing maintenance and repairs as needed; may assist Building Supervisor or work independently depending upon level of skill.
Requirements: Knowledge of or skills in HV/AC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.

Computer Database Manager
Maintain computer databases of companies, clients, job orders, mentors, client payroll.

Human Resource Specialist
Organize and implement personnel policies and benefits on behalf of agency staff.

Public Relations/Marketing Specialist
Develop marketing materials; prepare and disseminate publicity articles and advertisements to promote the agency and its programs.

Graphic Designer
Produce materials for agency public relations and marketing efforts.

Accountant
Duties: Collections, Grants Accounting, Account Analyses, Accounts Payable, Attendance Records, General Ledger Maintenance
Skills: Relevant accounting experience and computer literacy.

Job Developers
Requirements: Excellent telephone skills, well organized, computer literate.

Computer Instructors
Teach Microsoft Office courses to jobseekers.
Requirements: Expertise in teaching/training in Microsoft Office skills, excellent verbal skills, patience with mature adults inexperienced with computers.

Counseling Assistant
Group work, vocational evaluation, job coaching and job development.
Requirement: Minimum 2 years of college.

Sales Rep
Market packaging and fulfillment services to potential companies in order to provide ongoing work for participants with disabilities in rehabilitation workshop.

Job Developer
Develop jobs and training sites.jobseekers.
Requirement: Skilled at interfacing with employers.

Material Handler/Warehouseman
Move boxes and production materials in warehouse and workshop.

Quality Control
Provide oversight and quality control of client production activity.

Inventory Control
Provide inventory control for shipping and receiving functions.

Production Manager/Supervisor
Oversee and direct client work and material flow; overall production activities.

Clerical/Data Entry
Clerical support for Healthcare Case Management Program for seniors with disabilities and Grants Development Department.

Grant Writer Trainee
Learn to research grant funding opportunities from private and corporate foundations; write and edit grant proposals; monitor grants.
Requirements: Computer literacy, excellent writing and organizational skills.
